1. About the Services

Helen David Handwriting Tuition provides:

  • Parent-led handwriting courses (online resources)

  • 1–2–1 handwriting tuition (online or in person)

  • Supporting materials and guidance

 

All content is provided for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or specialist advice.

2. Parental Responsibility

Parents and carers are responsible for:

​

  • Supervising their child during activities and sessions (where appropriate)

  • Ensuring exercises are suitable for their child’s age and ability

  • Using their own judgment when applying guidance from the course or sessions

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

If your child has any medical, developmental, or physical conditions, you should seek advice from a qualified professional before starting.

Please stop any activity immediately if your child experiences pain or discomfort and seek appropriate advice.

4. Results

Every child develops at their own pace. While the course and sessions are designed to support handwriting improvement, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

5. Course Purchases

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

  • Access to materials is provided once payment is received

  • All course purchases are non-refundable

6. 1–2–1 Tuition

Booking & Payment

  • Sessions must be paid for in advance

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full

 

If We Need to Cancel

If a session needs to be cancelled by Helen David, an alternative time or refund will be offered.

7. Online Sessions

For online sessions, you are responsible for:

  • Providing a suitable device and internet connection

  • Ensuring your child has a safe and appropriate working space

8. Use of Materials

All course materials are for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share or distribute content

  • Copy or reproduce materials

  • Upload or resell any part of the course

9. Liability

Participation in the course and sessions is at your own risk. Helen David is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of the materials or activities.
